A good product, but having its own defects.

My prior experience is limited to using very inexpensive squeezers solely for citrus fruits. Centrifugal models cost about the same, but I've decided to purchase an auger instead. I bought it for 16,500, which was, in my perspective, a bit of an overpay (although for this class the price is quite normal). I am pleased with the purchase because it extracts juice not only from carrots and apples but also from many types of greens and berries. It is true that she is able to do the task more quickly using solid goods. Sometimes (because of my gluttony), I will forego the mango cake more than once. I appreciate that the juice is more concentrated (in comparison to centrifugal), that there is much less waste, in addition to there being much less waste, moreover it is very compact (takes up very little space), elegant, and not that noisy. Of the deficiencies, apples and sometimes thick carrots need to be cut into several parts in order to be fed into the machine rather than being thrown in whole like they would be in a centrifugal. Oranges also need to be peeled (unlike those with a citrus cone). It bothers me that the silicone plug for the cake, which is supposed to make cleanup easier, is leaking a little bit because I'm scared that the machine may be inundated if it continues. In addition, cleaning the mesh can be a little bit of a chore. Due to the fact that it is rather little, it can easily become blocked if it is not cleaned. On the other hand, there is a brush, and using it is bearable. The auger itself is composed of plastic, is quite heavy, and appears to be long-lasting. It is true that the color of the carrots changed from black to dark green after the first pressing, but this is rubbish. White is a terrible color choice in general:) If you have to choose between screw and centrifugal, go with screw without question. There are no other options. My opinion is that other models that cost more money are not superior to the one I own. In general, I would recommend the four, but keep in mind that this is only for a limited number of product openings and the price is very steep.

Pros
  • It is quiet (in comparison to centrifugal), it can extract greens and pomegranate seeds, it has a compact size, the container for juice and cake can be stored one inside the other, it has an excellent design, there is a reverse, it is simple to assemble, and it has a metal case. Additionally, there is a lid for the juice supply spout, which prevents dripping.
Cons
  • You need to properly clean the mesh since the price, a small hole for products, and a plug for cake are all leaking.
