Review on Phrontex by Fred Novak

The fact that you can use it from anywhere at anytime gives me ease of mind knowing my staff are always safe while working in remote locations; also being able to be updated with any changes without having to wait days or weeks! I cannot think how this could have been improved but perhaps more training options would help? We mainly used phrontes during our last year in Australia though we did not implement everything as fully because there was no support available locally (we still do receive emails asking us questions about certain things which does make sense). However, if needed they will provide local customer service who should ensure all queries/issues get resolved quickly so you don't end up looking like another victim when trying to explain something technical from other countries!! Phrontex is easy to navigate and has a great user interface. The system is very easy to use and the support team is very helpful. I have not found anything I dislike about the program. I highly recommend Phrontex to anyone looking for a great program to organize their company. Phrontex has helped us organize our company and keep track of our plans, procedures, and policies. It has also been a great tool for keeping track of our employees and their obligations.
