Review on 💡 TP-CAP-40/5/440R Dual Run Capacitor by Carrier by Lonnie Batch

Exactly what I needed and saved a lot of money. I was returning home from a trip just to find a warm home. Luckily I didn't turn on the AC until I was away from home for a few hours. Upon inspection I found that the coolant return line from the A coil was very hot. I immediately shut down the system to prevent the capacitor from overheating to the point of failure. The condenser fan stopped spinning, but I was able to get it to run when I pushed it, leading me to believe the condenser was the problem. This one matched the specs of the bad one, took 5 minutes to install and worked for 3 weeks with no issues. It only costs 10% of what it would cost a technician to fix the problem. They quoted me $300 and overnight delivery cost me $27. Great value for money and pretty easy to fix.
