Just what you need to beat the heat!

Our air conditioning stopped working and I was sure it was the condenser after doing a little research. This saved me a ton of money as I didn't need the maintenance staff to change it and I couldn't get what I needed at any of the hardware stores around here. Now our air conditioning works great and we can keep the house cool when it's hot outside. Thanks very much!

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • New competitors are here

It works, it was cheap, it shipped overnight

Just the right replacement for my Goodman condenser fan. The exchange lasted five minutes. This run capacitor has been in my AC unit since April 2019, now July 2021. I noticed it was out of service at 4am, luckily I still had one on the shelf, always buy a spare, they seem to fail at the most opportune moment. . Like I said, it took about five minutes to replace this morning.

Exactly what I need to save money

Our air conditioner has stopped working (the outdoor fan has stopped rotating). Some YouTube searches turned up a potential problem/solution and after testing it turned out that the problem was with this capacitor. I ordered it here, received it the next day, installed it and after a short warm-up phase, the air conditioning worked perfectly again. I saved a lot of money doing it myself instead of hiring an HVAC specialist.

Works to fix your AC fan.

If your external AC fan is not working, test it by pressing it with a stick. If it keeps running (even slowly), it's most likely just a bad capacitor. Be sure to turn off the main switch before replacing it, and use a plastic-handled screwdriver (or rubber gloves) to touch all three pole combinations on the old capacitor before removing it. Take photos of all cable markings and colors to ensure you are replacing it correctly.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Easy to exchange! in booster installation

We ordered it along with the new motor for the HVAC unit that came with the house when we bought it. The engine was from another company. We read to learn how to DIY and it was recommended to replace the capacitor when replacing the motor. The house was built in the 60's, so it is difficult to say how old this house actually is. Order placed on Wednesday, delivered around 9am Friday. Quick, easy DIY, about 6min. We photographed which cables went where to refer. Connect the cable and you'reโ€ฆ

Fits perfectly! for car AV installation

Before we sold the house we checked our air conditioner and the technician said the condenser we had was not to specification. It was worth spending $$ on it or $$$ to replace. I went the cheaper route. Extremely easy to install! Disconnect power from the AC unit (most should have a blackout near the unit) Open the lid Locate the capacitor and check for a match (if possible) Check for existing wire connections Disconnect the old one and plug in the new one Installing the new one where the oldโ€ฆ

Fixed condenser fan not spinning

Exactly what I needed and saved a lot of money. I was returning home from a trip just to find a warm home. Luckily I didn't turn on the AC until I was away from home for a few hours. Upon inspection I found that the coolant return line from the A coil was very hot. I immediately shut down the system to prevent the capacitor from overheating to the point of failure. The condenser fan stopped spinning, but I was able to get it to run when I pushed it, leading me to believe the condenser was theโ€ฆ
