Terribie Mascara does nothing but smudge

I don't know what mascara it is. It smears and sticks together. Come down in two hours. The wand is small. Applying mascara is very difficult. Terrible. I've never had this brand to do this. I wonder who Revane bought it from. If it is a fake of an inferior brand
