I'm new to this so I'd rather not get a hickey on my face. So the suction suits me and I didn't see any change in the mirror but I can see it in the photos! And I don't do it every night, so imagine if I diligently did it for 30-60 minutes every night! I'm lucky if I remember to do this once a week.
