When I first received the flashlight, I was impressed by its bright light and other features. I haven't used it for four weeks and found the battery dead. So I charged it via my computer's USB port and the charging indicator showed that it was charging well. Then I tried the light and it worked well. Then 30 minutes later I tried the light again and it was dead. So I charged it again thinking it was the battery but the charge indicator went off. So I tried the flashlight again and nothing happened. The device is completely dead. Update 02/16/2021: Revain sent me a replacement after I called them with my request. I will provide another report on its reliability in 30 days. I want a refund or replacement for a device that has been working for a year. I assume it has a one year warranty but there was no warranty information in the manual. I'm surprised Revain calls this the product of choice as it doesn't impress me anymore. I suspect this is a fake not covered by the advertised warranty! As the old saying goes, buyers beware! I DO NOT recommend this product after reading other negative reviews! They seem to have quality problems or they are bad fakes!
