I bought this suit for my upcoming 3 dives. I have a different suit (different brand) but someone asks for it every time we dive so I just bought another one. I bought a large and an XL to try on and see what fits. I'm 6' tall, 33" waist and 30" inseam. I wear trousers 34/32 and a jacket 42L. This is the most information I can give you so you know the size Large will fit a man who is 6ft tall. The suit feels great and I can't wait to put it in the water. XL was too big. If you are 6ft tall and between 200-225 I think size XL will fit you perfectly. Ladies suit for 5ft 9inch 140lbs size 10 tall fit woman matched with medium gray suit x.
