This is the first review I have ever written but for a controversial product like this I felt it necessary. Searching for this Hempz lotion I found several Revain sellers receiving complaints because their lotion wasn't actually a Hempz brand, people complained that it was fake. I was hesitant to purchase this product due to my obsession with Hempz products. I'm very picky about my lotion, I want it to be moisturizing but not greasy. Light enough to use day or night, yet moisturizing and nourishing enough to make a difference. The scent of the Hempz lotion is also amazing, it is described as "floral and bananay" and I would say it's creamy and slightly floral with hints of banana. It's not sweet, it's just sweet enough. Basically, this is the best lotion if you're looking for something versatile that will keep your skin hydrated without being thick or greasy. This was my overall rating of the product. I've been purchasing this lotion from salons across California for years, but now I'm a college student and don't have a car or the time to run from salon to salon looking for my favorite lotion, so I decided to give it a try anew. . With lower prices and - on my main account - free shipping, it was tempting. Despite all the stigma, I bought the Amazing Innovation lotion. I have to tell you this is a real product. This is the same lotion as Hempz which I bought at the salon for $25. I've compared the new lotion to what was left of my last bottle and it's exactly the same. Same bottle, same ingredients, same scent, same lotion. THIS IS NOT A COUNTERFEIT.
