Today I received the filter and there are no pre-filters in the box, it is written that the kit contains 4 pre-filters and 1 hepa filter. I only have a hepa filter. The reason I ordered this was because it had to come with 4 pre-filters. I don't think anything for myself. **Update*** This time the manufacturer sent me a new filter and pre-filter. Thank you for the excellent customer service and I would like to emphasize that the filters are of excellent quality and work just as well as the original filters that came with the machine when it was purchased.
