Based on previous reviews I had high expectations which were not met.

The screen of the first one was broken on the 3rd day, the second one had an error right after unpacking. I have called mfr several times and each time I have spoken to a live person but no one has called back as promised each time. Based on previous reviews I had high expectations which were not met.
