Review on DCE570B DEWALT 29-Ounce Adhesive Application Tool by Allan Lambert

I have a log home and needed service to get it properly sealed. We're talking miles of seams here. I've used the Log Builder Large Tube Gasket with this tool and it's better than stuffing an old fashioned caulking gun! Saved my poor hands the first weekend I used it. Practice with it a bit before taking on a project. It took a bit of finesse to set up and time the release properly. The trigger has one position for moving forward and another for releasing. If you have a tight seal, do not hold the trigger or the tube will burst. Was there. Made it. I've got sealers all over it to prove it. A little at a time does the trick. I bought two batteries and a matching charger and used this gun to make an estimated 1500 feet of 1/4 inch beads on ONE BATTERY and it still showed over half charge. So do yourself a favor and buy it.
