Pizza Steel is the best in the kitchen and dining room

This is heavy plate. Measures 14" x 14" x 1/4" and weighs 12.6 lbs. I can wear it with the 1" hole. Three sides looks like doused with water, which is good. One side looks flame carved, not bad but a bit rough.. It's less money than if I go to one of the nearby steel companies and have it cut, also it would take a day to clean the edges of the cut panel I greased the panel (vegetable oil) and put it in the oven at 450 for 45 minutes then let cool to flavor. Made this twice. It will make pizza and bread better than stone. Heated differently.
