It's very straightforward to use, has great support for things like Dockerfiles (which used ot be clunky at best), it works well with multiple environments - especially when you're using GitHub as your repository provider instead of something proprietary or closed source where they might not have this level off flexibility-ness available.- I've found myself missing my old Perforce environment once we switched over from perForce but haven't had any issues since going straight back into our Git repo workflow after switching away years ago!
