Review on 🧵 Premium Needle Felting Pad: 8x10x1 inch, 100% Natural Wool, Ideal for Precision Felting by Morgan Gilmore

I have been felting for many years. I used different pads. This pillow is wonderful! It's a healthy 1 inch thick. I have read reviews/complaints about the herbal substance. I ran my hand over every square inch and found exactly a 1/4 inch piece of plant matter that was easily removed with a fingernail. I doubt I would have even noticed, but I checked carefully after reading the reviews. Since some pads are made out of burlap (rather fluffy), a small amount of plant matter/fiber is not a problem. The burlap is made of jute leather. Plant or sisal, i.e. fiber - guess what? vegetable matter. The vegetable substance is therefore not felt, Even if you find it in your rug or project, it's easy to extract with tweezers. In my honest opinion, the herbal component is not a problem. I have a couple of Wool Buddies that I like but this one is better and comparable in price to about the same size in my opinion. I like that it's consistent, although this can change with frequent use. I wanted a large pad to needle felt flat pieces for the background. I highly recommend this needle felting pillow.
