That's a great size. My piercing is not in the cleft of my nose, it sits a little deeper and it took me a lot of trying to get the right mm. The 7mm was perfect when it came to hugging my nostril perfectly. and thickness to scale it down from the original pierced thickness which I believe is 18g. It looked cute and exquisite. The clicker opened and closed easily without dangling. I give it a 3 because it says the surgical steel is rose gold plated, but my nose caught fire almost immediately! It was very painful and full of pus. I reverted to another surgical steel rod which healed normally.
