Customer service - Mike - was very helpful throughout the process. He was friendly and quickly answered all of our questions. We ordered 3 of these computers. 1 worked great and I haven't had any problems with it yet. The other two didn't even try to boot into Windows. The seller sent us replacement hard drives so we could try to fix the problem, but it didn't work. The seller was very helpful and friendly throughout the process but this is a product review and refurbished computers themselves are not worth buying at this price if 2 out of 3 are faulty. Overall I gave 3 stars because the 1 that works is good. Small, compact, works perfectly.
