The battery wasn't charging so I ordered a replacement. Exactly the same product and the same defect - the battery does not charge. After a full charge and a reading of 100 ( % ? ) I immediately hear a voice over of "low battery" and then "turn off". The lighting strikes twice in the same place - that is, not one, but two identical products have the same error. This is a design flaw. Unless it requires something other than connecting the headphone battery sensors to the charging station battery sensors, plugging the charging station into a power source (socket) and waiting overnight for "100" to appear on the display. I mean, they aren't hard devices to work with and they should be "foolproof".
