This product is great. I suffer from scalp psoriasis and was struggling to find a shampoo that would get rid of my dandruff. I use this twice a week and my scalp behaves. I noticed results after 4 washes. Again, I wash my hair twice a week. I have 4a/b thick hair so continuing to style my hair sucks but it's all it takes to maintain a healthier scalp. Definitely buy it if you suffer from scalp psoriasis. It dries out your hair, so buy a deep conditioner and conditioner, as well as a leave-in conditioner. Also, the smell is not very pleasant.
