As this is my third Xbox controller, having previously owned the first and second younger generations (from Xbox One), I am accustomed to the controls' placement and believe it to be superior to that of DS controllers. I should start by saying that I don't own an Xbox; instead, I use a gamepad to play PC games. Even if there aren't many upgrades over the controllers from the previous generation, it's wonderful to note that there are some: Reworked coating on the triggers and on the back (lower?) parts of the controller - added "dots" so that the grip of the hands with the gamepad is now even better, and this is especially felt when the hands start to sweat. Type-C port also appeared. It is also good that BT connections to computers and other devices are now trouble-free (phones and tablets). While sitting a few meters away from the system unit, the computer's external Buro BU-BT40A adapter allowed for a successful connection. - Now that there are hardly any flaws, let's talk about them: After many hundred hours of use on the two now in use controllers, the left stick begins to look worn, thus I advise purchasing silicone pads immediately soon. Also, as I already mentioned, it is disappointing that there was no notification at all that the battery level was low. - I had a very specific query: can I play with two Xbox gamepads on one PC over Bluetooth without a special adapter? You can, but only every other time and with tambourines. Nearly always, when I connected two gamepads simultaneously, the button assignment on one of them would fail, and the second would then refuse to connect to the computer. So I gave up and spent 1.3k on this dreadful adapter. In conclusion, I suggest purchasing, especially if it is your first gamepad.
