First, let me mention that I am not an inexperienced user. I've been in the tech industry for almost 30 years. This router was one of the worst I've ever had to work with, it kept crashing. I test multiple cables, 9 different systems (all with different wifi cards), I even set the settings to the most basic level for beginners to try increased stability without using any of the higher features. Still crashed. I returned this router and bought a TP-Link AX5400 WiFi 6 router, very easy to use. Similar WiFi and LAN speeds, MUCH MORE STABLE!
