We don't have a dog in our family and if we tried to tie our cats they would most likely kill us in our sleep. However, a good deal is a good deal and I used it as a clothesline on our porch screen. Homeowners' associations can suck. Because he's indoors, so they can't say shit about it. HAHAHA. In short no dogs but great for post swim training.
