Worked great on my 2005 klx 110 which did some reaming, had to remove old choke and replace bolts, no threads in manifold, just had to add nuts on back, son didn't put riser in , the carburetor is not straight and interferes with the plastic. Just remove a screw and the plastic support and it fits great. The carb sits a bit to the side, not very straight, but the bike screams now, so I've decided to give five stars My 2013, which now has a clutch, smokes from the power alone. It is now possible to put the same carburetor in my new model even if it is a copy of a Mikuni bike.
