Always wanted a set of Cutco knives but they are so expensive. These knives changed my mind about expensive knives. They are very sharp, easy to use, the ergonomics could not be better. The handles are nice wooden handles that I oil all the time. I am a woman who worked in the construction industry for a job. I have strong hands, but these knives feel so good in my hands. I highly recommend these knives. The label is sticky but washes off with hot soapy water. All in all a great knife set. Thank you supplier! Supplement after a month of use: They hold the edge, I don't overuse them. I wash it immediately after use and also dry it. I don't let them hit other knives, I grease the handles. The only downside is that a knife with an elongated sharp blade is very easy to cut yourself. Be very careful when using this particular knife. They stay very, very sharp and it doesn't take long to make a deep cut.
