My old Xbox One controller was spilled on the tile floor and didn't survive. I was looking for another one and settled on this one. I'm using it with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with the Microsoft Xbox for Windows Wireless Adapter that I already had from my original controller. Setup was quick and easy right out of the box. Part of me wondered if "increased comfort" and "rubberized grip" were just marketing gimmicks, but it feels more comfortable and secure in my hands. It feels "sticky" enough in my hands that I didn't feel like I had to hold it in a chokehold like I would eventually with smoother controllers once my hands started to warm up. So the rubberized part of the grip really makes a difference. Another thing I really like is that the top of the analog sticks is rubber with a textured edge instead of a smooth edge. With other controllers, after playing for a while, the edge can become slippery in your hands and your finger will give out a bit, requiring you to readjust it on the joystick. It's not a big deal, of course, and this controller doesn't eliminate that, but it's definitely reduced the number of times I have to do it. It's just a good quality of life. Before that I used a PS3 controller on my PS3 and Xbox 360 and an Xbox One controller on my Windows 7 computer. This controller is by far the best of the three for me.
