I love that it's easy for me as an employee of my employer, which has been using this product since its inception in 2013/2014 - we've had great success with them! The customer support team are fantastic at providing insights into what works best within our organization & how they can improve upon those elements further going forward.
There could be some improvements made around UX design but not necessarily by changing tools or services provided from other companies like ours. We're able to provide consistent training across all employees via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom so there isn't much need to rely solely on email communications anymore either when communicating about specific learning topics etc., It also makes onboarding quicker than if you were having one face2face conversation per individual vs 10 emails back n forth over time.
