Very powerful Contact Management Software

The ability to create multiple call types (outbound/incoming).The interface is easy enough that any user can use it without training or assistance from an expert system developer! I have not found anything in particular i dislike about this product other than perhaps its price point compared with competitors products out there today - but even then you would be hard pressed to find something better at such low cost. If your looking for ease of implementation as well as flexibility when managing incoming calls- look no further!! We are solving our need by tracking all phone activity into one place via Genesys. This allows us to see who called whom which helps solve some internal issues we were having regarding billing discrepancies between departments within my organization.

  • Wide range if features available, allowing me customize how best fit needs.
  • Highly configurable options allow users freedom over their own configuration choices while maintaining consistency across many clients using same software solution.
  • Allows integration wth virtually every major CRM platform including Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics365 etc.etc..and more !!!!
