I installed it myself!
I'm a 59 year old female with no plumbing skills. Comfortable yes. The sanitary facilities are not very good. Guests at my short-term rental complained that the toilet would not flush. My cleaning lady blamed it on too much toilet paper. The plumber I called and paid for said he fixed the problem. nope After all this drama I bought this product and installed it myself. Pretty easy to do and it worked! Any complaints online that have had problems flushing this particular American Standard toilet need this part. Everything decided. Thank you!
