Ease of use for my opinion
I like the rubber coated plates but some rubber plates also have the rubber 2 inch hole so they catch the bar and don't slide onto the Olympic barbell well. Not a big deal but these have the solid (non-rubber) hole and slip on very easy. They also have easy to handle grips!
- Nice weights for home use and feel good when using like a dumbbell.
- The rubber coating may become slippery when wet with sweat, presenting a safety hazard during intense workouts
