I smoke cigars and my wife sends me outside. That means I get cold when I smoke, or I don't smoke at all during the cooler months. I was hoping this heater would help extend the cigar smoking season or banish the cold weather altogether. I really wanted to have this heater and start using it. Unfortunately, a DOA arrived, requiring a call to support. Diagnosed a bad bulb and sent a replacement. A week later I was in the store. As for the heaters, this one is fine. It heats ample space to keep me warm while on the back deck. However, it doesn't eject a large enough heat bubble to cover more space. Mind you, this is on my back deck, with no walls to keep out the heat. This could be a large garage or a covered patio.
