Review on Mobile Office for Genesys by Michael Hogate

The ease in which I was able install it, set up my workflows etc., also being easy enough that new users could learn how quickly with little guidance needed from me! So far everything has been great but there is nothing i dislike yet!! Would recommend this as an answer/solution if not already available otherwise have another look around or ask someone else who uses them what they need before deciding whether its suitable fo ryou - just dont go too cheap where some features are missing (ie no file storage).

I like that it's easy, simple but also very effective when used in collaboration with other software applications such as Salesforce or Service Cloud which are integrated into our system via API integrations (Sales & Marketing Automation). No dislikes yet! We've been able solve some problems regarding user management across multiple locations without having access rights issues through this application.
