This product is a real disappointment. It took me ages to come to because of Covid, it took me so long to come to and now I can't get it back. The wood is too soft to use with a decently sharp cutting knife. When I first used it, my knife cut right into bamboo sections and the sections weren't cut deep enough to cut the slice all the way to the bottom. All in all a big disappointment for a product that is more likely to end up in the trash than taking up space in my kitchen.
