Review on 🔧 Podoy Antique Casters - Improved Replacement Casters for Enhanced Functionality by Jeremy Gums

This is the second set of wheels I have ordered. I needed these for a second coffee table and the first set was fantastic. Excellent quality, easy installation and excellent durability. However, this time the stem seats were already installed in the rollers and are difficult to remove for proper installation. They had to be wrapped individually in the bag. I took a star off the overall rating and gave the ease of installation up to 2 stars for this particular case. Provided they are shipped like my last package with all parts separate these reels are amazing. Edit - I had to use needle nose pliers to open the stem bushings. After drilling (a 5/16 bit) and hammering in, I had trouble getting the two ball bars in. After breaking the rubber mallet trying to hammer them into the stem bushings and tearing off the head of one of the stem bushings (to widen the hole because the stem ball didn't fit), I grabbed a hammer to hammer it in. Future reference, pound on the stem seats with a rubber mallet and use a regular mallet to push the ball stems in. It was a lot easier last time, probably because I didn't have to bend the stock sockets to open them.
