Fits like a genuine filter as opposed to cheaper knockoffs

I originally bought a cheaper knockoff of this filter because there were so many and they were 1/3 the price of a Dyson brand filter. The fake didn't fit securely and wouldn't snap the base into place. I returned the fake and bought the OEM version and it fit like a glove. It's definitely more expensive, but for a filter you change every year I think it's worth it. My old filter was disgustingly dirty so definitely don't skip the annual service and get the factory version to make sure it's working!
