Let me tell you how I got this for Mother's Day (of course I chose my gift myself lol) because I told my husband that I want to bake my own cake for my birthday which was just around the corner and that was EVERYTHING! I received everything in perfect condition except for the advice manual and after reading the questions on amazon the woman said she emailed them which I did. I soon received an email with tips so the customer service was top notch. !I love-love-love this! It was really a great purchase. The only thing I would like to say is that the smaller tips should have been a bit bigger, but I'm working with that. This was my first time baking or decorating layered cakes and this set helped me celebrate my birthday. goal, so thank you very much
