I have tried other brands (okay cheaper) but I just love how the Hayabusa shin guards fit so well. Comfortable and lots of protection.I feel like I could chop down a tree! And they look cool which is so important when training:)Actually, I bought a pair for myself and was so impressed that I am buying my daughters Hayabusa's too. This pair was less expensive since I bought it used from Walmart. There was supposed to be an imperfection but I couldn't find it. It looks brand new!Did I mention that I love the Hayabusa brand of shin guards?

While the low-profile design of the shin guards makes them less bulky, it may also compromise the level of protection offered to the shin and ankle

So I’m 6’5” and I always worry about fit but I must say, these are amazing. Length is perfect and they hug your legs which allows you to spar with continuous adjustments. Comfortable and light weight. I am a fan of Hayabusa products.
