I bought this monitor in March 2021 and absolutely love it! It was everything I ever hoped for and had a great 1 year with it and then just 10 days after the 1 year manufacturer warranty expired I started getting a dark bar at the bottom of the screen. I made the mistake of not getting another warranty and that's why LG very badly told me I had to give this to someone else to fix it. Since it barely covered the taskbar, I figured I didn't care and kept using it. About two weeks later, a second vertical band formed to the right of center on the screen. Essentially, learn from my mistake and get an extra guarantee if possible. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch or one of a thousand or something but I'm disappointed in the lack of durability on my screen. For reference, this photo was taken on April 16, a few days after the vertical line appeared. so I could point someone out for some tips.
