The ability to customize templates for newsletters or other communications are great features!The customer support team was also very helpful as we were getting started with our new platform (we had been using an older version). It's difficult at times when you realize how much customization can be done by someone who just has basic skills in HTML/CSS coding. I would recommend this product because it gives your organization more control over its own digital experience. We needed help creating something similar to what MailChimp offers but not limited to sending out mass amounts of text messages via SMS channels like they do. This software gave us those capabilities without any limitations from having too many people involved in making changes each time one wants to make updates.
