The device worked fine for about 6 months and then suddenly stopped charging and working. I have contacted the manufacturer 3 times and they have not responded. The box clearly states a one-year warranty, but the company has decided to be a genie and ignore me. I hope enough people are reading this to help them with their decision to buy or not to buy? Customer service is the answer.
