Improved Design in Electrical

I received these to use with 2 new garage door lights. I bought 2 flashlight bulbs to work with but unfortunately my car's headlights weren't long enough and the light sensor + large flashlight bulb were sticking out at the bottom. I ended up replacing my internal switch with a Wi-Fi enabled switch and using the Alexa stage to control the lights. The design of these light sensors seems to outperform the competition. With this sensor, the light sensor recognizes the twilight and activates; it will then stay on for the set time before turning off. This sensor + timer combo works better than just one sensor because you avoid confusion from reflected light. Example with a sensor and without a timer: 1. At dusk, the light sensor switches the light on2. The light reflects off something (inside a lamp, a wall, a car) and the ambient light sensor detects the light and turns off the bulb3. The light sensor now detects darkness and switches the light bulb back on.4. . etc . etc. in a closed circuit, causing the light bulb to constantly blink and go out. The design of the timer prevents the above scenario. The light sensor detects darkness (lack of light) and switches on the bulb2. The timer will then start for the set time (2 hours, 4 hours, etc.)3. When the timer expires, the device turns off the light. Unfortunately the length added by the sensor doesn't work in my app but I have given the sensors to my kids who use them to light up their back porch and I have had no negative feedback. .
