I would like to give this product 5 stars because it does a great job of maintaining the quality of the LG electronic features alongside its clean, minimalistic look that is essential for pleasing to the eye, except that after about a year and a half the tray no longer closes, rendering it unusable. Everything else about it turns on and still seems fine. I don't know how the internal locking mechanism works, so I can't tell what's wrong. I'm very easy on my equipment. That means: I don't press any buttons, I don't clog shelves and doors and I handle things very carefully. My equipment usually lasts until I hand it over. So it was a surprise. Cannot be returned after one year of use. For $30 I probably wouldn't pay someone to fix it. So I'll end up buying another one and hoping this was just a fluke.
