It sure is a hefty piece of metal. It comes with a variety of ear tips, a charging cable and a decent enough soft case with cutouts for anything that can fit. I was suspicious of the "fits in my pocket" statement, but no, it fits in the front pocket of my jeans with no extras. Of course my pants wanted to fly away with it in my pocket, so even if it had crossed my mind to wear it like that, it's not a good idea. Feels good in use! The included instructions are just basic info on how to turn it on/off, charging etc. Nothing about proper use other than not hurting yourself and not using it in "sensitive areas". Note that the neck is included in the non-exhaustive definition of "sensitive areas". So, um, why a jet specifically for the throat then? The battery life seems to be quite decent. I was able to go through multiple sessions without recharging. I also let it sit for two weeks to see if the battery was starting to drain. No, everything is OK. Is there a particular reason to choose this particular brand over a similar brand? Not really. Nothing is outstanding here, he just does what he has to do. 5 Stars - Excellent/Perfect - Exactly what you need!
