I bought this scale because the literature said it could do ratio weighing. I wanted it to count a large number of small electronic parts in my factory. And it works to a certain extent. The sampling number options are 10, 20, and 50. Use a higher sampling rate for smaller items for greater accuracy. I have to say it works pretty well if you can live with an error rate of probably 2-3%. I can live with that on cheap stuff. However, for high value items where 99.9% accuracy may be required, it is better to count by hand. The interface (LCD with membrane switches) works reasonably well, but can be a bit buggy at the point where you need to toggle your desired sample rate (10, 20, or 50). But otherwise I like it because of the low price. I do not regret this purchase. If I can upgrade, I'll get something better and more accurate. But for now it works for me. When counting items, time is money!
