I've had all kinds of retractable USB Lightning cables you can buy, from unknown brands to brands cheap to expensive. This is the best. The build quality is excellent - better than anything you will ever find anywhere else. The cable is a little longer (3.2 feet) than most 2.0-2.5-inch brands, and the connectors are solid and don't hang around. The retraction mechanism is significantly better than cheaper devices, and the cable is thick, with a 90-degree connector to the flat cable, making it easier to use. I have tried Micro USB + Lightning versions of these types of cables and unfortunately they are always weak. I have both the lightning version of this cable and the micro usb and both are fantastic. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more, then keep this product and never worry about other cables again. I use it to charge and sync with my iPhone and iPad Pro and since they're certified everything works great (no weird "this accessory doesn't work" popups - that's the real deal). It supports fast charging from a 2.1A charger. I've sold, given away, or thrown away all my other lighting cables, *even* original Apple Lightning cables. I've used it in 3 different countries with different chargers and adapters and it's flawless. This cable is the best option in the long run and *there aren't* other brands or fakes that have the same form factor, mechanism and quality. I regret not just buying a few of these and saving myself the hassle of finding cheaper cables on Amazon, Groupon, eBay etc. Hope that helps!
