The most helpful thing is how fast they respond, if you have any issues or questions about your account it will be resolved quickly! I would like more information in regards to what exactly happens when someone tries access my site/account without authorization. It can't always just mean "they tried accessing something unauthorized". Sometimes there are multiple reasons why this could happen so sometimes we don't know which one was correct until much later (sometimes days). This makes us feel insecure because then we aren't sure who did anything wrong. We use them for website monitoring as well as email notifications through SES.
