Easy and reliable server management

I like how easy it is for me to get in touch with them if there are any issues or questions, they always respond very quickly! The price point was also great compared to other companies we have used in the past. It would be nice if you could set up alerts so that when something happens you can send out emails/texts automatically. We had some issues with one of our servers being hacked but Atlantic helped us resolve those problems immediately. They were able to set up new passwords for all…

Extremely happy customers over many years

The customer support team is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive! They have been proactive in helping us set up new products for Atlantics services. This software has helped make data more secure by having it backed up online at all times. We no longer need to worry about losing valuable information if there were any disasters such as flood or fire. It takes some time to learn how this application works but once you become familiar with its features it becomes easier to use. I would…

Great customer service and quick response

The most helpful thing is how fast they respond, if you have any issues or questions about your account it will be resolved quickly! I would like more information in regards to what exactly happens when someone tries access my site/account without authorization. It can't always just mean "they tried accessing something unauthorized". Sometimes there are multiple reasons why this could happen so sometimes we don't know which one was correct until much later (sometimes days). This makes us feel…
