I like how easy it is for me to get in touch with them if there are any issues or questions, they always respond very quickly! The price point was also great compared to other companies we have used in the past. It would be nice if you could set up alerts so that when something happens you can send out emails/texts automatically. We had some issues with one of our servers being hacked but Atlantic helped us resolve those problems immediately. They were able to set up new passwords for all accounts etc. within hours.
