Product has stopped working for less than 6 months
I bought this and we loved it. It was ideal for giving enough light in the bathroom without waking up the sleeper. Unfortunately the light stopped working. We thought it was the batteries so we replaced them but the light still doesn't work properly. The description says 100% quality assurance and a 12 month guarantee, but there is no way to contact the company if you are not satisfied or the item stops working. .
