I bought this product for my wife who is a photographer, February 2020. She has hardly used this flash this year due to Covid so the flash has been for over 4 months in the box. Last weekend she put the flash on the camera as usual and when she tried to remove it to fit the case the flash got stuck on her Canon 5D Mark IV. She took it to the only authorized camera repair shop in San Diego, California, Kurtz Camera, and was told the flash was stuck in the camera's shoe and they could not guarantee they could salvage the flash. Apparently something inside has broken or stopped working. I paid $229 for a product that had a good review and I am very disappointed that this happened. We have emailed Godox and have not received a response from them.
