G Pro X Superlight Logitech has something special. When I first started using the mouse, I was amazed at how light it is, as its namesake says. I have no experience with the original G Pro Wireless, but the shape of this mouse is nice. However, what impresses me the most is the 60g weight without honeycomb holes. I often forget that I'm actually holding a mouse, which is a huge compliment. This allows me to just focus on what I'm doing, whether it's regular use or gaming. People complain that the shape is too secure, but for a flagship mouse you want it to be versatile enough to fit in as many user hands as possible. . The only minor complaint I have about the shape is that I wish the center lobe was moved back a bit like the XM1 to make clawing a little easier, but that's a nitpick. The shape as a whole is still comfortable and beautiful. The skates are made of 100% polytetrafluoroethylene without additives and are a bit scratchy at first, but glide very well after a short break-in period. The clicks are light and responsive. TBH I'm not the biggest fan of Omron switches but they are good in this mouse. The side buttons do require some force to press, but feel a little soft, and that's the only part of the mouse that I think really let down the expensive flagship. The finish is also so-so, I would have preferred a full matte finish to a semi-gloss finish, but it doesn't detract from grip or performance at all. The Logitech Hero's sensor is extremely accurate and I didn't notice any lag or connectivity. questions in general. Like using a wired mouse. This is actually my first wireless mouse in a while and it's amazing. I don't know if I want to go back to fighting wire brakes, even with a bungee to soften it. I could go on and on but this is the cream of the crop. Is the price too high compared to competitors? Unfortunately, I think so for most users. But if you have extra disposable income to spend on peripherals then it really doesn't get any better than the Superlight. It's a near-perfect mouse if only Logitech tweaked some subtle aspects, like more tactile switches (Kailh GM 2.0 or Huano Blue Shell White Dot), matte finish, more consistent side buttons, and the addition of USB-C convenience. then it would be amazing. Although so far it's still amazing. I plan to modify mine in the future to customize it to my liking. I will, however, enjoy this set for a while until I decide I'm ready to tinker with it. Highly recommended for people who mainly play FPS games and want the best of the best. Or people with extra money to spend on PC peripherals. Whether you're looking for a different shape or a better price, there are plenty of other options on the market. It's nice that we currently have a lot of options to choose from as consumers in different price ranges.
